Delivery Policy

All meals prepared by Fitrition Meals are made fresh when you order and are made in limited quantities. Same day delivery is available on the specific dates listed for delivery unless specified by Fitrition Meals. Our team takes enormous pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.
 

Fitrition Meals is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, or inaccurate address information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any delivery. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the customer and is therefore entirely outside our control if a package is stolen. We do our best to  make sure all deliveries are done and customer is informed if there is any delays.
 

Please be sure to choose the correct delivery location borough at time of checkout. Customers are responsible for checking that all delivery information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Once an order has been sent out for delivery, we cannot assure delivery time if there is an incorrect address.
 

There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any orders once in delivery route.
 

All packages are delivered to the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Long Island up to Farmingdale.
 

For New Jersey orders, we only offer free pick up at our Westwood, NJ location.
 

Delivery Fee: 

• Queens: $10 Fee

• Bronx: $15 Fee

• Brooklyn: $15 Fee

• Manhattan: $15 Fee

• Staten Island: (Currently not delivering to Staten Island)

• Long Island: $15 Fee (No deliveries past Farmingdale)
